Gir Cow

Originally found in India, Gir Cow is notable for its large appearance, well developed udder and reddish brown skin color. This breed of cow has convex forehead, loose skin around eyes, hard feet, large hemp and long face. Besides producing high amount of milk, this species of cow is used in farmland for dragging heavy loads. This dairy animal can survive under different climates. Gir Cow is also reckoned as one of the fertile species of cow. This cow has gentle temperament.
